Committed to Provide Competent Psychological Care
A person’s well-being can be disrupted by conditions that cause anxiety, depression, panic attack, anger, and the likes. Those can be triggered by life events that bring unbearable emotional stress, feeling of rejection, intense fears, and forms of abuse, harassment, or injustice. This can happen to anyone, anywhere, even in one’s own home.
With this, Confluent Learning launches EVEXIA—a Greek word that means WELL-BEING. We are committed to provide competent psychological care and to nurture your total personal well-being.

Group Counseling
Is an intervention for groups conducted by one or two trained group therapists to discuss concerns the group is facing. The therapists facilitate the group dynamics through active listening and open expression of thoughts and feelings about what other members do or say. These interactions give members an opportunity to increase understanding of self and others, try out new ways of being with others, and learn more effective ways to interact with one another.
Individual Psychotherapy
Is a type of psychotherapy in which a trained professional helps one person work through unresolved personal issues. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental illnesses especially if circumstance, conditions, or nature of work itself present triggers to these unresolved issues and must be prevented from getting in the way of healthy adaptation to the work environment.
Group Psychotherapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where one or two therapists work together with several people with an aim to help people manage mental health conditions or issues and cope with negative experiences and behaviors.
Family Therapy
Also referred to in several variants such as couple and family therapy, marriage and family therapy, family systems therapy, and family counseling. This intervention can help families to nurture change and development within the family and help family members cope with disruptive events and changes in the way their lives would go. It may help family members to improve communication and resolve conflicts within the family.
